Emily is an intellectual property attorney who strongly advocates for protecting clients’ rights when it comes to profiting from one’s name, image, and likeness. She has experience in vetting corporate news releases, sponsorships and endorsements, and drafting NIL release agreements for advertisements. Additionally, she has handled trademark matters including trademark applications, take-down enforcements, and dispute negotiations.

• Emily has firsthand experience of the challenges college athletes face on and off the field from her experience as a sprinter on the Texas A&M track team.
• A lifelong athlete, Emily competes in Masters track & field event and other athletic performance competitions.
